چکیده
The Malva genus has 25-40 species and it can be considered as an annual and/or biannual herb. are indicated with potential therapeutic cicatrizing analgesic by the Ministry of Health. aim this study was to analyze SRAP (Sequence-related amplified polymorphism) markers in a total 70 accessions species, which included five neglecta Wallr., pusilla Sm., sylvestris L., verticillata nicaeensis All.. A 89 (Number loci) (NTL) DNA bands were produced through polymerase chain reaction amplifications (PCR) amplification species. These combinations 5 selective primers. number fragments ranged from 10 27. predicted unbiased gene diversity (UHe) varied between 0.077 (Malva sylvestris) 0.382 pusilla). genetic similarities three estimated 0.70 0.91. Neighbor-Joining tree results showed two major clusters. According analysis, aegyptia had lowest similarity. Our provided great molecular identification all assayed genotypes, have shown that there is large quantity among accessions. Objectives were; a) estimate diversity; b) evaluate population relationships using NJ approaches. Current implications breeding conservation programs.

Genetic diversity of the Arctic fox using SRAP markers.
Sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) is a recently developed molecular marker technique that is stable, simple, reliable, and achieves moderate to high numbers of codominant markers. This study is the first to apply SRAP markers in a mammal, namely the Arctic fox. In order to investigate the genetic diversity of the Arctic fox and to provide a reference for use of its germplasm, we an...
متن کاملEvaluation of Genetic Diversity in Iranian Violet (Viola spp) Populations Using Morphological and RAPD Molecular Markers
Recognition of genetic reserves and desirable genes is the basis of breeding programs. So far, in Iran, due to the lack of recognition of genetic resources, a considerable breeding program has not been done on native plants. The study of the genetic diversity of violets as a native plant with ornamental and medicinal uses is the great importance in advancing the breeding goals of this plant. So...
متن کاملStudy of Genetic Diversity of Glycyrrizha glabra L. Populations Using ISSR Molecular Markers
Twenty-two G. glabra populations were used to study the genetic diversity of ISSR molecular markers. 12 primers were used to amplification of genomic DNA fragments of G. glabra populations. High genetic diversity based on ISSR markers was observed among individuals. A total of 130 bands were formed and 105 bands were polymorphic. The mean polymorphism percentage among studied populations was 80...
متن کاملAnalysis of genetic diversity between and within Iranian accessions of spinach (Spinacia oleraceae) by SRAP markers
Spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) is an economically important leafy vegetable crop in many countries. This is the first case study of using SRAP markers to analyze genetic diversity of Iranian spinach accessions. Eight SRAP primer combinations generated 88 scorable bands ranging from 50 to 1000 bp, among which 73 were polymorphic, with an average of 82.9 polymorphic bands per primer combination a...
متن کاملEvaluation of genetic diversity in Piper spp using RAPD and SRAP markers.
Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) analysis were applied to 74 individual plants of Piper spp in Hainan Island. The results showed that the SRAP technique may be more informative and more efficient and effective for studying genetic diversity of Piper spp than the RAPD technique. The overall level of genetic diversity among Piper spp ...
